Extremadura has once again attended the ornithology and nature festival organised by the Dutch NGO Sovon in the Netherlands.
Representing the Birding Club, Godfried Schreur of Ecoturex (a company based in La Codosera, Badajoz), and his brother Byong managed the Extremadura information point, located in the exhibition area, on Saturday 29th November.
Throughout the day, many members of the public showed interest in our region’s natural and ornithological resources, and in the tourism offering related to birdwatching. Furthermore, as part of the official conference programme, Godfried gave a presentation titled: ‘Extremadura, More Than Birds’.
