The Lesser Kestrel Festival of Llerena will hold its third edition on 9 May 2026. Throughout the morning, there will be a talk on the urban Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) of this town in the Campiña Sur (Badajoz), followed by a guided walk through the historic centre to observe lesser kestrels and a route along the Arroyo Conejo to spot steppe birds.
The event is organised by Llerena Town Council in collaboration with the Regional Government of Extremadura.
